Lauren King brings over 20 years of dedicated experience to the world of ballet and arts administration. As a Soloist Dancer at New York City Ballet, she has performed leading and supporting roles in renowned works. Furthermore, she co-founded Ballet Collective, a startup dance company emphasizing interdisciplinary collaborations. Currently, she contributes as Faculty at the School of American Ballet, focusing on curriculum development and fostering diversity. 

In the realm of arts administration, her role as Co-Artistic Director at Nantucket Dance Festival involves spearheading a revamped dance festival and securing funding for year-round arts education. As Administrator at The George Balanchine Foundation, she leads development efforts, manages finances, and contributes to strategic initiatives.
